Epicor Prophet 21

Titan is now offering implementation and integration services for the Epicor Prophet 21 wholesale distribution solution (P21). We have recently completed a project with a long term Titan Solution’s customer who moved from a Sage Software solution that they had out grown to P21. The distributor sells over 200,000 products most with product options or attributes (e.g. size, color, finish, etc.). Titan had previously completed moving them to a more robust B2B e-commerce solution.

For the P21 project we assisted the customer with their requirements, selection, acquisition and contract, project planning and project management. We worked with Epicor consultants and helped the customer map their workflows to P21. Titan did a full data conversion with history, integrated their e-commerce site, credit card processing, shipping integration with Federal Express, custom Dynachanges, custom forms, custom reports, and other custom integration.

Founded in 2001 and based in southeast Michigan, Titan Solutions is a boutique information technology company specializing in advanced custom software development and systems integration solutions. We are also producers of a number of commercial software applications.

Our information technology services range from system reviews, assistance with solution selections, network design and implementation, network security and administration, systems analysis and business process improvement, software development and integration, web site and application development, data conversion, and assistance with disaster recovery plans and SOC 1 audits.

Titan Solution’s customers are generally small to medium sized businesses that choose to outsource their information technology needs and in these cases we act as their Information Technology Department. These services are provided on an as-needed or annual contract basis. We also perform individual projects and as project team members for larger companies looking for more specialized services in order to fill technology gaps in their own internal project teams.

Our custom solutions are geared towards work flow automation and business partner integration utilizing all kinds of server, desktop, mobile, tablet, and handheld devices. Work flow automation provides consistent execution of routine processes and enforcement of business rules. Our business partner integration techniques include X12 (specifically HIPAA), XML, web services, and other data feeds and transfers using all kinds of file formats and custom layouts.

Our application development expertise is focused on highly sought after object oriented distributed applications using the Microsoft .NET Framework, primarily C# (but we can code in VB.NET as well), SQL Server and other relational databases, CSLA Framework, Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF), Windows Communications Foundation (WCF), Windows Forms, ASP.NET web pages and controls, and a variety of reporting components. We have a variety of skills working with non-Microsoft systems including Unix, Linux, Progress OpenEdge, Sage Software’s MAS200 ERP, and Epicor Prophet 21 software.
